Chromecast Ultra 4k Review And Setup
I’m happy to bring you the new Chromecast from Google – The Chromecast Ultra which is 4k capable as well and we are going to go ahead and open it up and show you what’s new with the Chromecast Ultra. We’ll plug it in set it up and show a couple new things as well with the Chromecast Ultra, So let’s get started!
Now to start, there is a small box as expected, On the side it gives you an idea of the difference between regular and Ultra Chromecast, You will notice an Ethernet connection, I will also do a size comparison from previous Chromecast. There is also a sound surround support as you can see on the box.
Here is the device call long with his brand new Chromecast. You can very quickly plug in the power on and then you have the time difference along with his brand new Chromecast.
What do you get inside the box
Here is what else is in the box – First there is the user guide clearly shows which TV input and how to download the app so it’s very simple, You just need to download Chromecast app on your capable device. The new adapter which is actually fairly large and take a bit of space, is also connected with a cable so it does not have the USB cable, the older ones did actually plug into a different adapters if you’d like to or plug it into different TV via the USB slot so that’s is not an option anymore.
There is the Ethernet capabilities as well so you don’t necessarily need to connect it to your Wi-Fi if you don’t want to. If you do decide to stream 4K content it probably going to run better if you plug it to your router or track it to your modem.
Lets see the Chromecast size compression to last year device, as you can see in the picture he is a little bit thicker but larger then the previous version.
They have very similar design terms of circle with that band and magnet as well.
